Your Credit Score is Likely Bad if You Live in One of These Cities

Americans who lack the ability to pay their bills on time suffer from a specific challenge, their credit. Timely debt repayment is but one factor in determine a consumer’s credit score. It is, however, one of the most significant.

The credit rating agencies do not into consideration factors like age, geography, race or any other demographic characteristic. However, communities with high rates of poverty are synonymous with having lacking credit profiles.

WalletHub recently conducted a study which showed cities throughout America that had the lowest to highest average credit scores and, who would have guessed but, communities that higher rates of poverty were amongst the communities with the lowest credit scores.  Click on the image below to see how your city fared…
